Location. Very near 2 stations. It's easy to get to the centre of Tokyo. Really good local restaurants and convenience stores. Saline and her mum were very welcoming. Sitting out on the balcony was great. Access to the washing machine and microwave was excellent.
Only access to a mirror was in shower which was often occupied. Why no mirror in room? The towels were very small. Can be noisy but expected, just be prepared.
